Talismans are used to aid us in our desire. Timing is taken into consideration as found within the lineage of the Heptameron. That being that Angelic seals are timed by hour and sign on the ascendant while the moon is not in exile. Planetary talismans are made on the hour of the planet while the planet is on the ascendant.
